What Is Research & Intelligence?
Research & Intelligence (R&I) is the structured delivery of factual information that operators and deal teams need to move faster.
It is designed to remove the manual work of gathering and formatting information, so internal teams can apply judgment without spending hours assembling basic context.
What R&I includes
Output standards
R&I outputs should be:
- factual
- structured
- consistent
- sourced
- fast to scan
- usable inside workflows (not “pretty decks”)
What R&I does not include
When R&I becomes essential
- prep is inconsistent across the team
- research work is duplicated repeatedly
- last-minute scrambling before calls is normal
- internal context is scattered and doesn’t compound
